They are “living painting”, with which you can become an artist without much effort, but with patience and good taste. We are talking about the “craft botany”, a world of possibilities to decorate your home, make gifts with special meaning, opening a door to get away from stress or, if interested, to cultivate their talents a good source of extra income.
If viewed from a distance a painting done with pressed flowers, looks like a painting. The flowers, placed between two glass boxes or glued on paper-are flattened, but retain their shapes, color and texture, allowing for amazing and beautiful designs.
For five years, Vivianne Bonett works pressing flowers, leaves and weeds that give life to his paintings, cards, coasters, bookmarks, trays, picture frames and lampshades, among countless objects.
“The craftsmanship botany, as I call it, to discover the nature, look at what there is around. I changed my life, I learned to relax and make beautiful things with nature,” says Vivianne, who currently broadcasts its rich teaching experience this amazing technique.

How to make a botanical craft?
